- Buyer pays Actual Shipping Costs (included in price) Plus Packaging & Handling fee to US lower 48. Insurance is included in UPS shipments up to $100. Higher insurance values will be added as needed.
- Shipments will be made to verified addresses only.
- Products that are delicate and/or heavy are double boxed for safe shipping.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If a package is damaged, the carrier will refund shipping charges.
DAMAGED SHIPMENT POLICY: If there is damage to your product, upon receipt of shipment you will need to notify us immediately. You must keep all packaging materials on hand for claim inspection by the shipper. A claim will then be filed with the carrier and reimbursement made through that claim. We will issue a refund upon receipt of the reimbursement from the shipper.
PRODUCT RETURN POLICY:
- Frames & Things guarantees your signs to look like the proof you approved with the exception of color consistency as this is out of our control due to the differences between monitor displays and the actual printed/vinyled item. Items that are the wrong color (e.g. red where they were proofed blue, etc.) can be returned for a refund or exchange.
- Exchange items and refunds will only be processed AFTER receipt of the returned product(s) in question. We will only issue a refund if an item is misprinted, defective, or not as shown in the proof (with the above noted color exception). If there is a problem please contact us promptly after you have received your items. After 30 days we reserve the right to refuse any refund. The total quantity of the printed items ordered must be returned in order to get a refund or exchange! (see special note below)
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- Please supply us with the order number and reason for the return. Please wait for further instructions after you have contacted us. We will then supply you with an RMA number and shipping instructions.
- All returns require an RMA number and the item(s) must be returned to us promptly.
Special Note: Please check your printed materials carefully before distributing them to your customers or associates. If you need to process a refund or exchange the TOTAL quantity MUST be returned to us first.
